TRUCK ADSŪ iStore Sales Terms

Customers, who purchase banners and/or frames, agree to the following sales terms:

Ordering, Payment and Shipment: Your online order experience is secure with TRUCKADSŪ and protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This technology ensures your credit card and personal information will remain private. Due to liability insurance restrictions, all sales are required to be performed online. Customers may purchase by credit card, check or wire transfer. Check and wire transfers must clear the bank, prior to shipment and usually takes 3-4 days. Payment is your acceptance of these terms. Shipment is by ground, 2nd day air or next day air.

 

Purchase Orders Provided by Customer: Purchase Order Agreements provided by a customer do not override or supersede the Sales Terms Agreement stated here. Customers who purchase our products agree that TRUCKADSŪ Sales Terms spelled out here will supersede the terms of service in the Customer's Purchase Order when there is a conflict of terms. This includes, but is not limited to sharing internal documents and costs related to shipping, handling, printing and special arrangements not spelled out here. Our invoice shall act as a final invoice to all customers who purchase from TRUCKADSŪ, with or without a PO.

Customer Satisfaction: We make every possible effort to insure that our customers are highly satisfied with our products and services. If we have not produced a printed banner(s) satisfactorily with the file provided to us, customers should return it to us. Upon receipt of the banner(s), we will replace it or provide a full refund as we deem appropriate. As a member of the BBB Washington DC Chapter with an A+ Rating, we strive to bring you the best products and services, including your online shopping experience with us. Advance written approval is required for all banner returns.

Frame and Banner Orders: Because each TRUCKADSŪ Frame Kit and banner is custom printed and sized to your specifications and the frames are made with adhesives that will deteriorate when improperly stored (see warranty), or stored longer than the indicated shelf life, frames and banners are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Rush Orders for Banners: TRUCKADSŪ liability for 3 and 4 day rush orders that don't arrive in the time allotted, is limited to the amount of the rush charge. Weekends and official holidays are excluded from rush order time allotments. Rush orders placed after 3pm are calculated starting the next business day. Creative art must arrive at the time of the order or "rush" time allotments begin when the creative art is received.

Return of Product: Customers returning accessory products not used, damaged or converted may receive a credit with a 25% (twenty five percent) restocking charge, providing the material is returned within 60 days from date of invoice. Specialty items such as, but not limited to custom ordered banner and frame orders are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Freight charges are never reimbursed. Advance written approval is required for all product returns.

Intellectual Property: Purchaser agrees not to use any unauthorized intellectual property, reverse engineer TRUCKADSŪ patents, infringe copyrighted material, trademarks or other similarly protected materials of others in the design, wording and construction of any frame kit or AD you purchase from the TRUCKADSŪ iStore.

Unacceptable Advertisements: TRUCK ADSŪ reserves the right to not print any AD which it determines to be libelous, offensive and/or obscene in nature and/or content, and/or in violation of any copyright or trademark laws. If we decide NOT to print your banner because it violates TRUCKADSŪ Sales Terms, we will refund the amount you paid for banners, less any creative services authorized by you.
