is shown to be nonconforming within the
warranty period, your exclusive remedy and
TRUCK ADSŪ sole obligation will be to replace
the nonconforming 3MŪ product at no charge.
The shelf life for this product is 12 months
from the date of purchase. Material must
be used within twelve (12) months after
the purchase date or it is not covered by
this Warranty.
Except where prohibited by law, TRUCK ADSŪ
will not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from the DUAL LOCKŪ (sold in bulk)
product, whether direct, indirect, special,
incidental or consequential, regardless
of the legal theory asserted, including
warranty, contract, negligence or strict
liability.
